1.how does the dog and cat cooling mat work?

Our mat is made of a self-cooling gel that is activated by simply touching the dog's body. It does not need to be placed in the freezer or connected to electricity or water.

2. How long does it stay cool?
The mat maintains a temperature below the dog's body temperature for 2-4 hours at a time. After a short period of non-use, it automatically ‘recharges’.

3. Is it safe for my dog and cat?
Yes, the mat is made of non-toxic and durable materials. It is designed for safe use even by puppies and older dogs.

4. How do I clean the mat?
Simply wipe with a damp cloth and mild soap and water. There is no need to put it in the washing machine or use harsh detergents.

5. My dog is large. Is that OK?
Of course! We offer different sizes to fit all sizes, from Chihuahuas to Labradors.

6. Can I use it in the car or outdoors?
Yes! The mat is foldable, lightweight and portable. It is perfect for travelling in the car, in the garden, or on holiday.
